General Ledger Trial Balance Export to Excel Addition
FreshByte has enhanced the Trial Balances Report to include an Export to Excel feature. Now users can export Trial Balances by running the report, selecting the 'Get Report' tab, and selecting the Excel Icon.

FreshByte Non-Inventory Payables New GL code Lookup Search Option
FreshByte has introduced a convenient GL Code lookup feature for Non-Inventory Payable Invoices. The new feature allows users to easily locate the 'GL Account Code' or 'GL Account Name'. To access this feature, enter all the header information for the invoice on the Payables Screen, and then navigate to the distribution tab of the Non-Payable Invoice. From there, select 'Add Line' to add a payable line. Scroll right on the screen to display the new 'Original GL Account Description' column. In the blank field, begin typing the desired search term as shown below. The GL Account look-up menu displays allowing the user to search by either GL Account Description or GL Account Code. To populate the GL Account from the lookup, double-left click on the selected option. This new feature allows users to search for the GL Code or GL Account Name without utilizing the original drop-down menu.
