Credit Report - Customers
FreshByte has introduced a new 'Customer Credit Report'. This report allows the user to filter information by Corporate, Customer, or Customer Group. The user has the option to view details for all Customers, those exceeding their credit limit, those surpassing their grace amount period, or those exceeding credit terms. To generate the report, users must specify the desired 'as of' date in the selection criteria. Once generated, the report can be printed, previewed, or exported to Excel.
Customers -> Reports -> Credit Report
NOTE: Credit Limits, Grace Period Amount, and Credit Terms must be set up in the Customer Master (Customers Tab) to populate information on the Credit Report
