Line Number added to Pack-N-Transfer

The Pack-n-Transfer screen has been enhanced to incorporate the line number. This enhancement provides users with improved visibility of the lot number generated by the Pack-n-Transfer process, eliminating the need to examine each line item's cost details.

4.3.141 -1

A/R Aging – Due Date vs. Invoice Date

The A/R Aging has been updated to allow each FreshByte Client to determine the best way to calculate A/R Aging periods. An option has been added to System Settings within FreshByte to allow for calculation by 'Due Date' or 'Invoice Date'.                                                                                      WO 020172-A

With this selection, all aging periods across FreshByte will be calculated accordingly. This includes the Customer Statement, Overdue Customer Report, Payment/Refund Center, and the Aging Periods displayed on the Customer Master Accounting tab.

It's important to note that the Credit History screen remains unchanged, as it has consistently calculated aging based on the due date. Additionally, the Outstanding Receivables Aging Report still allows users the flexibility to generate reports based on either Invoice or Due date.

 FSMA Updates

In preparation for the upcoming FSMA Rule 204, FreshByte is dedicated to aligning with the latest industry standards and regulations. To support compliance efforts, FreshByte has introduced new fields for the Global Location Number (GLN). This identifier is vital for pinpointing specific locations and business entities within the supply chain, allowing you to track the movement of products effectively. Incorporating this feature is essential for fulfilling various regulatory obligations.

The Company's information can be updated in the Setup tab of System Settings. You will find the new field for the Global Location Number (GLN) located adjacent to the Tax ID number. To apply for a GLN, please visit GS1 at Store.GS1US.Org for more information.

WO 020129-A
