F6 Functionality Control on Sales Order Screen
Overview: Users can press F6 on the Sales Order screen to begin a new order and manually enter the Customer ID, bypassing the customer lookup.
Update: A new user security setting allows administrators to disable the F6 shortcut on a per-user basis.
Benefit: Enhances control over how orders are created and helps prevent unauthorized or mistaken entries.
