Enhanced Search in Customer Ledger
Location: Customer Master → Accounting Tab → Customer Ledger
A new search function has been added to improve the user's ability to locate transactions within the Customer Ledger.
- Press F7 to open a search window.
- Users can now search using:
- Document Number
- Alternate Document Number
- Purchase Order (PO#)
- This feature enables quicker access to specific entries without manually scanning through ledger records.
Search Filter on Customer(1) Tab
Location: Customer Master → Customer(1) Tab
A new search filter has been introduced to enhance navigation across the customer list.
- Press F7 to launch the customer search window.
- Users can search by:
- Customer Name
- Customer ID
- The search uses a 'contains' logic, dynamically narrowing results as characters are typed.
- Once a customer is selected, the system returns to the main Customer(1) tab with the cursor automatically positioned on the selected record.
