Pallet Configuration for Catch Weight Items
On the Units tab of the Item Master, the User has the option to enter the Pallet Configuration, for the item. This configuration is based on the Master UOM. When entering this information for catch weight items, the relevant info must be entered based on a MUOM of LB.
In order to assist in a more efficient calculation, FreshByte has added a section that will allow the User to enter this information based on the alternate UOM marked as the Preferred UOM.
By entering the number of cases in the CS section, the weight will be updated in the LB section and vice versa.

Return Authorization Routes
The Return Authorization is displayed on the Shipping Screen and is listed on the printed Route Sheet.
An option has been added to System Settings (SO4) to allow the Administrator to determine how the Route No. and Seq. should display when an RA is listed.
Option 1 will default to the Route and Sequence as defined on the Customer Master.
Option 2 will default the Route to the route number that was assigned to the original invoice.

The IRS has changed the format of the 1099-NEC for 2021 reporting. In order to accommodate that change, the 1099 information has been updated on the Vendor Master. On the Accounting tab of the Vendor Master, the 1099 options have been updated.
In addition, additional printing options have been added to the 1099 report.
1099’s for Rents and Attorneys remains the same and is printed on a 2 per page form. However, the 1099 NEC, used for contractors is printed on a 3 per page form. A separate 1096 is also required for the reporting of 1099-NEC. The report can be found at Payables -> AP Reports -> Vendor 1099
Any Vendors previously marked as 1099-Misc are not designated as 1099-NEC and should be printed on the new form.
