Import Customer Specs

FreshByte has introduced the ability to import Customer Specs.

From the Customer Master Specs (1) tab, the User will see this symbol at the bottom of the screen.  The User may export the current list, make the necessary changes, and reimport.  In addition, using the export format, the User may import a list of items to a customer who may not otherwise currently have specs.

**Note:  In order to import Specs, the file format must be the same as that used for the bulk export.  Instructions are shown at the time the import is selected.  

The User will receive a report of any items which do not pass validation.

Bulk Maintenance of Packout Standards

Packouts -> Bulk Maintain Packout Standards

This new screen gives the User the ability to mark packout standards Active or Inactive in bulk reducing the need to navigate to each individual packout.  This screen also allows bulk deletion of Packout Standards.

**Important Note:  Deleted packout standards cannot be restored.  Please be sure to double-check your selection before making a final deletion update.

Double-clicking on any line will open the associated packout standard.  From here, the standard can be edited the same as if the User had navigated to the standard from the packout menu. 

In addition, Packout Report may be printed, viewed, or exported for all selected standards.

Internal Add-ons have been expanded

FreshByte has introduced a new System Setting that will allow up to 3 Internal Add-ons to be added to each Item Master. 

In System Settings -> PO (2), the User may assign the Add-on PO types.  The selections will display on the Item Master.
