Customer Price Level Screen Enhance

FreshByte has updated the ‘Customer Price Level’ Screen to include an Excel Export.

PO Changes Report Enhancement

FreshByte has modified the ‘PO Changes Log’ Report to include transaction records and user information for Inventory Items placed on hold or released from hold on a Purchase Order. The report displays the ‘hold’ or ‘unhold’ date and the user that issued the hold.

User Security Setting added Carrier Charges

FreshByte has modified User Security Settings to restrict users from viewing Carrier Charges on the Sales Order. *Note the setting is currently checked. The administrator for the company must uncheck the box if Carrier Charges are to be restricted.

 

File -> User Security -> SO Tab -> Bottom right of the screen

 New Column Added Inventory Comparison Monitor

 

FreshByte has introduced a new column within the unallocated orders drill down on the ‘Inventory Comparison Monitor’ Screen. The new column includes the 'Ship date' of the Sales Order and 'Requested Delivery Date'.

Item Display Screen Update

FreshByte has modified the Item Display Screen for ‘Purchases Due In’ to launch to the Purchase Order Screen when the user double left clicks on the ‘Received Date’ or ‘PO Number’. The user must select an item and then select ‘refresh’ to activate the screen.

Standard Terms User Security Enhancement

 

FreshByte has introduced additional user security to restrict users from viewing or editing ‘Standard Terms’. The new security buttons are selected by default to prevent users from viewing or editing. An administrator for the company must update each user in ‘User Security’ settings and check the ‘Standard Terms’ options to allow users to view or update standard terms.
