The System Settings Menu has undergone exciting changes!
FreshByte has updated the Security Settings Menu to enhance the user's ability to find and access settings within the modules. The new update places the menu options on the side of the screen, allowing users to effortlessly navigate between each option using arrows. This enhancement provides users with advanced, user-friendly access to the system settings.

Online Orders New Settings
FreshByte has introduced new features for online ordering rules related to customers. Now, if a customer has a predefined Ship Via, Default Order Type of 'Pick up Order' or 'Delivery', and specific Credit Terms, users can now choose in System Settings to automatically 'Refresh online order to match what is predefined in the Customer Master for that customer' or opt to 'Do Not Refresh from Customer'. This new option will update the online order based on the Customer Master Settings if the settings are defined and the selection in System Settings is set to 'Refresh'.
*NOTE: Please ensure that all customers are carefully reviewed, as this setting applies globally.

Introducing a new enhancement to the Item Display Screen
FreshByte has introduced a new enhancement to the Item Display Screen. The user is now able to launch the live Purchase Order screen from both the 'Purchases Received' as well as 'Purchases Due In' simply by double-left clicking in the PO field. This drill-down capability is based on user security settings.
