Last Chance to Use the Sales Order Legacy Screen

This version of the Legacy Sales Order Screen will be the final one. Its official retirement will coincide with the release of version 4.3.118.

If you haven't had a chance to explore the new screen, we encourage you to start using it now. This will help you become familiar and comfortable with it before the Legacy screen is retired.

New Feature: View Container Information on POs in Transit Screen

On the Purchase Order screen, users now have the option to select Shipping Information and enter all the necessary details for an incoming load or container. An additional field has been added to the screen labeled  "Load Type".  This field is flexible, allowing users to enter any relevant information. Once entered, the information will be added to a list that can be reused in the future.

In addition, both the Load Type and Container Size fields have been added to the POs in Transit screen,  These fields will populate based on the information entered on the Purchase Order.

Buyer Commissions

FreshByte now offers the functionality to process commissions for Buyers. The commission structure for Buyers is defined in the same way as for salesperson commission. Additionally, if a Buyer is assigned as the Salesperson and receives an extra commission, this can also be specified when setting up the commission structure.

Buyer Commissions are paid for any lot purchased by the designated Buyer that has been sold and is eligible for commission during the selected period. These commissions are subject to the same AR Payment requirements that are selected in the System Settings.

Note:

1) Packouts are not included in the commission calculation.

2) The date of PO/Receiving date does not impact the commission calculation.

3) AR discounts and adjustments will be factored into the commission calculation.

Purchase History

Access the Receiving Screen from the Purchase History Screen

The Purchase History screen now provides the ability to double left-click on the purchase order number to instantly open and access the Receiving screen.

Warehouse Selection is now User Remembered

The following screens now have been updated to remember the last Warehouse selected by a User. This selection will be stored until the User decides to make a change.

Note: Please keep in mind that each screen functions independently from the others.
