Note:  An inactive item may not be added to a Packout Standard.  However, if the item is made inactive after the Standard is created, the item will be highlighted.

Calculate Expiration date based on Production Date

On the Item Master is a field labeled "Days to Perish" along with an option to auto populate the expiration date. When this field is populated, and the option selected, the expiration date is calculated on the purchase order by adding the number of "Days to Perish" to the receiving date.

An additional option has been added to FreshByte to allow the expiration date to be calculated based on the Production Date entered on the Receiving (Inventory) as well as the Receiving w/o PO screens.  This option is available based on the Item Type.
